Health Seminar for Female Students at JnU Organized by Bashundhara Shuvosangho

A seminar on women’s health, titled “Narir Shastho Kothon” (Women’s Health Talk), was held at Jagannath University (JnU) on Thursday (August 14), organized by the JnU branch of Bashundhara Shuvosangho.
The program took place in Room 215 of the Department of Management at the university’s Shaheed Sajid Building. Sponsored by Monalisa Sanitary Napkin, the event focused on “Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Initiative-2025.”
Hosted by Jannatul Mawa Lisa and presided over by Md. Junaid Sheikh, President of Bashundhara Shuvosangho (JnU branch), the seminar featured discussions aimed at raising awareness among female students about menstrual hygiene and overall reproductive health.
A quiz competition was held for participants, with prizes awarded to the top ten winners. All attendees also received gift items from Bashundhara Shuvosangho.
More than 300 female students and faculty members from various departments attended the event, which ran from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
